Medtronic is seeking a field-based specialist to drive sales and clinical education for the Perioperative Complications portfolio across Scotland. You will build relationships with clinicians and healthcare stakeholders, provide in-theatre support, and lead product evaluations and trials.

The role requires proven clinical selling experience and a strong network in the Scottish healthcare sector, with collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Education teams.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and clinical education activities for the Perioperative Complications portfolio (BIS, INVOS, and NOL) across Scotland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advisory boards, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre (OR) clinical support, product training, and best-practice education to customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through capital and consumable sales.
• Partner with Sales Specialists and Marketing to increase product adoption and market penetration.
• Lead product evaluations, trials, and conversion projects.
• Maintain knowledge of Medtronic and competitor products and communicate market insights internally.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) Team responsible for sales & clinical education activities across the Perioperative Complications product range. You will grow and execute sales targets, in line with the ACM strategy and business plan in Scotland.

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive sales and clinical education activities for the Perioperative Complications portfolio (BIS, INVOS, and NOL) across Scotland.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), advisory boards, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Provide in-theatre (OR) clinical support, product training, and best-practice education to customers.

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.
