Senior Sales Role (Regional VP of Sales)

The Zacks Group of companies includes Zacks Investment Research (ZIR), Zacks Investment Management (ZIM), and Zacks Trade. ZIR, founded in 1978, is the second-largest provider of independent stock, mutual fund, and ETF research in the US. Its Professional Services Division offers software analytics and investment data to professional investors, while Zacks.com operates a widely used investment information website. ZIM is a Chicago-based RIA managing over $18 billion for individual and institutional investors. Zacks Trade is an online broker serving active stock and options traders both in the US and internationally.

The Opportunity:

Present Zacks wealth management solutions to high-net-worth prospects. You will be supported by sales support, client services, marketing, research, and more. This position is remote, covering a specific geographic territory to present wealth management solutions and close business on behalf of the firm. Qualified lead flow is provided; there is no cold calling.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Convert prospects to clients by showcasing the Zacks portfolios and their advantages
  • Engage with high-net-worth prospects to evaluate their financial situations and provide solutions
  • Educate prospective clients on Zacks offerings
  • Participate in ongoing training in advanced sales techniques, finance, capital markets, and portfolio management
  • This is a home office position with face-to-face or virtual meetings within your local territory

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales or financial services
  • Experience in Brokerage, RIA Sales, Institutional sales, or Investment Research Sales
  • Ability to meet clients in person up to 3 days a week
  • FINRA Series 65 or a combination of Series 7 and 66 preferred
  • Proven success in driving results
  • Experience with high-volume phone activity and in-person meetings

Compensation:

Commission-based/variable pay position with a salary range of $200,000 and above, with a gradual step-down. Uncapped performance-based compensation is offered.
