A Sr Sales Representative will act as a Home Consultant to educate and meet with local homeowners interested in going solar, serving as a partner and liaison to the customer throughout the entire process.

Sr Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educate homeowners about available programs and gather necessary documents for proposals
• Follow up with all self-generated leads and secure projects through to contract
• Commit to personal growth and ongoing education
• Work as a team and HAVE FUN!

Requirements:

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Proficiency with computers to update and maintain information in our CRM (Salesforce) and communicate through multiple platforms (Email, Chatter, WhatsApp)
• Comfort discussing finances and tax liabilities with homeowners
• High energy, a sense of urgency, ability to think quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent starting pay plus commission and bonuses — UNCAPPED INCOME!!
