For our client, we are seeking a Senior Sales Recruiter to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring strategy for complex sales and corporate positions. The Senior Sales Recruiter will serve as a trusted advisor, balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience while building strong pipelines for critical talent needs. This position is well-suited for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, uses data and sourcing expertise to influence hiring outcomes, and helps strengthen the organization’s employer brand.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,400 – $145,400 annually
