Job summary

MarketSource is seeking a program leader to direct activity and drive performance across client programs. You will manage staff, metrics, and reporting to meet financial and performance targets for both MarketSource and clients.

You will collaborate with leadership, coordinate performance improvement plans, and ensure alignment with client expectations. The role necessitates strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
