Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/healthcare commercial experience.
• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Analytics.
• Experience supporting pharma sales/marketing teams; oncology or specialty markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Operations strategy and execution aligned with objectives.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to measure field productivity and execution.
• Manage incentive compensation programs and payout processes.
• Oversee targeting, segmentation, and territory alignment.
• Support CRM and commercial systems; ensure data quality and governance.
