The role demands deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior leaders while driving execution across functions in a hybrid NJ-based setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or specialty healthcare commercial experience.
• Sales or marketing experience preferred.
• Significant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, commercial analytics, business planning, or related commercial functions.
• Demonstrated success supporting commercial organizations and driving business performance improvements.
• Experience leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Insights & Business Analytics to identify revenue growth and portfolio opportunities.
• Oversee Sales Operations, field effectiveness, territory alignment, and incentive compensation design.
• Support Commercial Planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.
• Serve as a liaison between Commercial, Finance, Market Access, IT, and data vendors; develop a high-performing team.
