Qualifications
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/related environments.
- Experience supporting Medical Affairs activities, scientific communications, MLR review, or regulatory affairs.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Medical Affairs plans and translate priorities into workplans with timelines.
- Serve as medical reviewer for promotional and non-promotional materials ensuring compliance.
- Support field medical readiness and engagement planning with cross-functional teams.
- Assist CME, educational initiatives, and advisory boards with content and logistics.
- Track decisions, actions, and timelines to optimize delivery of priorities.
