About the role

We're seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager to elevate our sales processes. In this impactful role, you'll drive initiatives that optimize efficiency, fuel revenue growth, and align with company objectives. Using advanced analytics and technology integrations, you'll shape the future of our sales operations and contribute significantly to our scaling success. This position reports to the VP of Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement long-term sales operations strategies to support revenue growth and business goals.
  • Use advanced analytics to identify new revenue opportunities, including emerging market segments and upselling potential.
  • Lead the integration of complex technology stacks, ensuring smooth operation of CRM, BI, and forecasting platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine sales processes, including customer retention and renewal strategies.
  • Present high-impact, data-driven insights to executives, offering actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales operations, strategy development, or related fields.
  • Expertise in analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Deep knowledge of sales technology stacks, including CRM, BI, and forecasting tools.
  • Strong leadership in complex integrations and process optimizations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience advising executives and teams.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results as an individual contributor.
Compensation
  • Salary: $180,000
