Job summary

MACOM, a global leader in semiconductor solutions, seeks a high-performing Senior Sales Operations Manager. You will drive pricing, margin, and revenue forecasting across global sales teams, while aligning with business units, operations, and finance to propel MACOM’s growth.

The role emphasizes strategic and tactical execution, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in semiconductor-related roles including Sales Operations, Channel Management or Pricing.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Strong understanding of global semiconductor distribution and channel ecosystem.
• Experience in pricing and margin management; strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and CRM experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to support objectives and profitability goals.
• Lead value-based pricing strategies and channel partner ecosystem.
• Manage strategic price negotiations and inquiries for existing and new business.
• Ensure policy compliance and alignment with Sales and Business Unit leadership.
• Support demand planning, revenue forecasting, and analytics.
• Develop executive-level analyses and recommendations for strategic decisions.
