Job summary

CSL Behring in King of Prussia, PA is seeking an Associate Director, Sales Operations to partner with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize field performance and commercial objectives.

You will lead sales performance management, analytics, and operational excellence, develop processes, manage tools, and drive continuous improvement to enable data-driven decisions and strong customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field.
• 10 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with focus on sales and/or marketing.
• Experience leading teams or projects within sales, sales leadership, training, marketing, or commercial operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Experience translating business objectives into actionable plans and operational execution.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business review process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews with Sales Leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive performance improvement.
• Partner with Insights & Analytics to establish and maintain a single source of truth for sales reporting, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Monitor business trends, identify risks and opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption and utilization of performance measurement tools that enable data-driven decision-making across the sales organization.
