The ideal candidate will lead performance reviews, establish trusted data sources for reporting, and drive adoption of tools that empower data-driven decision-making across the U.S. sales organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or business field.
• 10 years' pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with focus on sales and/or marketing/sales leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment.
• Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the business review process, including monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews with Sales Leadership.
• Partner with Insights & Analytics to establish and maintain a single source of truth for sales reporting and KPIs.
• Identify risks and opportunities; provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive adoption and utilization of performance measurement tools across the sales organization.
• Drive operational excellence by optimizing sales processes and reducing administrative burden.
• Manage sales operations tools, processes, and governance to support commercial objectives.
