Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred with 4+ years in sales administration.
• Strong interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Implement sales order processing.
• Provide full clerical support to the sales team.
• Support Salesforce with general operations to help reach team objectives.
• Handle incoming inquiries.
• Maintain and update sales and customer records.
• Prepare monthly sales results reports.
• Check prices and contracts are up to date.
