About The Team
The Sales Operations team comprises 4 main pillars: Planning & Compensation, Sales Strategy & Insights, Systems, and Governance. These pillars focus on accelerating sales productivity through strategies like sales segmentation, quota setting, compensation, capacity planning, and automation systems.

About The Role
Zillow seeks an analytical problem solver with strong business acumen to join our Sales Operations - Sales Planning and Compensation team. As a Senior Sales Operations Analytics Manager, you will work on sales headcount planning, compensation tracking, quota deployment, ROI analysis, and performance management. Collaborate with Sales Ops peers, sales leaders, and cross-functional partners including Sales Finance, FP&A, HR, and Recruiting to operationalize our vision and strategy.

You Will Get To:

  1. Create scalable models integrating data from various systems to support quota deployment, GTM optimization, headcount planning, and churn insights.
  2. Enhance sales compensation performance through analytics platforms that evaluate and improve compensation plans.
  3. Develop business insights to understand causality and the impact of actions on outcomes, providing thought leadership.

This role is categorized as a remote position, allowing work from a location of your choice within the U.S., subject to company policies.

The salary range in select states is $105,900 - $169,100 annually, with additional eligibility for equity awards based on experience, performance, and location.

Who you are

  • 8+ years in Sales/GTM Operations with deep knowledge of sales processes, quota setting, forecasting, and incentives.
  • Skilled model builder capable of complex scenario modeling and decision-making tools.
  • Strong analytical problem solver with experience in ambiguous environments.
  • Proficient in Excel, SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools; experience with Anaplan, Databricks preferred.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Salesloft.
  • Excellent communicator skilled in storytelling with data.
  • Experienced in stakeholder management within a matrix environment.
  • Curious and eager to learn new systems and processes.
