Analytics Manager

$150,000 - $165,000 + Bonus

THE ROLE– Analytics Manager

In this capacity, you will be responsible for leading analytics initiatives that drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making. This role will be responsible for developing an intake process for projects, analyzing high-level business questions, and reducing risks related to various areas of the business. The ideal candidate is a hands-on analytics leader who can manage a team, oversee projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement an intake process for analytics projects to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
• Utilize data to answer high-level business questions and proactively identify risks.
• Provide strategic insights into agreements and payment structures to optimize operations and reduce litigation exposure.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align analytics with business objectives.
• Manage and scale a team of analysts, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy in analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Partner with the data team to support the development and optimization of a centralized data warehouse.
• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization, driving a culture of analytical rigor.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. Master's preferred.
• Ample experience in analytics, preferably in a business or operations setting.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to write queries from scratch.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience managing and mentoring analysts, with a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
• Ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable analytical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, agile environments with a focus on adaptability and innovation.
• Python skills are a plus but not required.
• No industry-specific experience required, but candidates must demonstrate a track record of using data to drive business impact.
