Ready to make your mark on a global success story? Your career as a Senior Sales Manager at Booksy offers a unique opportunity to spearhead the growth of our US sales organization. You won’t just be managing a team; you’ll be a key architect in scaling our presence, starting with the vibrant Texas market and then expanding your impact further across the nation. This is your chance to build, lead, and shape the future of Booksy sales in the US from a pivotal stage.

You'll be at the forefront of driving our US revenue growth, taking ownership of a significant part of our sales engine, reporting to our Country Manager for the US. This means not only leading and inspiring Sales Team Leaders and Rep’s, but also embedding a culture of success and acting as a true culture carrier for Booksy's values.

You’ll dive deep into strategy, contributing to key initiatives that sharpen our competitive edge and ensure we’re set up for medium and long-term triumphs. You’ll be the driving force behind your team’s results and their development, coaching them to new heights and ensuring they have the tools and understanding to excel. If the thought of creating a vision for US sales expansion and then driving the execution of quarterly plans to make it a reality excites you, this role is for you.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $118,000 – $130,000 (based on a 60:40 base-to-variable split)
  • On-Target Earnings (OTE): $196,000 – $216,000

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this nation-building role, you’re going to need:

  • Proven experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams, ideally with experience managing other sales leaders in a dynamic, scale-up environment…with bonus points if you have led Field Sales organizations.
  • A strong track record of creating and executing impactful sales strategies that have demonstrably led to significant revenue growth and market expansion.
  • The ability to deeply understand US market dynamics and customer needs, translating these insights into effective strategies and adjusting course to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Exceptional coaching and development skills, with a passion for nurturing talent and building a sales culture where individuals and the team can thrive.
  • Visionary leadership qualities, capable of defining a compelling long-term sales direction while also owning and driving complex, high-level initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, enabling you to build influential relationships and articulate value effectively to diverse audiences.
  • A resilient, adaptable, and fiercely results-oriented mindset, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving landscape where you are empowered to make a significant impact.
