Job Description

As a Retail Experience Director, you’ll support your assigned retail marketplace leader as well as the leaders in your micro market (local surrounding stores). Within your marketplace, you’ll ensure that teaching, learning and sharing takes place across all locations. When needed, you’ll visit high volume locations to solve specific performance gaps. You’ll also be responsible for bridging gaps in the customer experience across the marketplace.

What you’ll do

  • Support the performance of the highest volume marketplaces
  • Help bridge gaps related to customer growth, frequency and retention
  • Inspire and motivate team members to deliver positive and memorable customer experiences.
  • Use assessment tools to gauge indicators and help create strategies based on the findings.
  • Partner with Marketplace Senior Leader during drive times to develop trainings, knowledge and relationship skills.
Basic Qualifications
  • 5 years of management/supervisory experience in business, military, or related fields
  • 5 years of experience with responsibility for financial results, including sales, margin, and profitability
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5 years of retail management experience in customer service, sales, or related fields
  • 3 years of multi-unit management experience
  • Prior experience in new business development and driving local market strategies
