We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Manager to help drive our growth in the U.S. market by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for IT services and digital transformation solutions in the U.S. retail and consumer goods space.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by building and executing a territory sales plan.
- Develop and manage a target account list and build a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound and inbound efforts.
- Drive demand generation initiatives in collaboration with marketing — including targeted campaigns, events, webinars, and digital outreach — to generate interest and leads for IT services offerings.
- Engage with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers to understand their IT roadmaps and position Retail Insights as a strategic technology partner.
- Collaborate with internal pre-sales and delivery teams to create tailored proposals and solution offerings.
- Lead all aspects of the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and drive account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
- Work closely with marketing to run campaigns and events that support demand generation in the territory.
What We are Looking For:
- 8-10 years of full-cycle IT services or digital solutions sales experience in the U.S., preferably in Retail, CPG, or E-commerce sectors.
- Proven track record in hunting and closing new business, with $1M+ annual quota attainment.
- Experience selling cloud-based services, digital engineering, data & analytics, AI/ML, and platform-based solutions (Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify, etc.).
- Strong network of retail industry contacts and a consultative, value-driven approach to selling.
- Familiarity with offshore delivery models and the ability to position blended teams as a strategic advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, high-energy professional who can work independently in a startup-like environment.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in a partnership-driven environment with technology vendors (Adobe, Salesforce, etc.)
- Prior experience in staff augmentation or blended services + resource models.
- Understanding of procurement and RFP processes in mid to large enterprises.
