Job summary

Aramark's Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, CA seeks a Senior Sales Manager to showcase our venue, develop new and existing client relationships, and build a strong sales pipeline.

You will drive annual sales targets across business segments, negotiate contracts, and close deals, leveraging prospecting skills and a consultative approach. Travel as required; base salary plus bonus; comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales.
• 5+ years in hospitality or B2B outside sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Leadership to align sales with property goals and draft contracts reflecting sales strategy.
• Drive sales revenue by exceeding quarterly and annual targets in defined sales category.
• Identify new business opportunities via prospecting to expand customer base.
• Deliver exceptional client service by meeting timelines and deliverables for installations with client partners.
• Present offerings to prospective clients and win new business through effective sales methods.
• Implement a mix of sales strategies, including outside sales programs.
• Keep the sales database updated as directed by Sales Management.
• Prepare for client appointments with research and tailored materials.
