Qualifications

• Ability to travel up to 50%.

• Lead a high-performing sales team focused on growing the business, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sales and profitability goals.
• Coach and develop the team throughout the sales process and build strong customer partnerships.
• Develop relationships with senior-level customers and prospects, acting as an escalation point when needed.

• Contribute to business planning, budgeting, talent development, and continuous improvements in commercial performance.
