LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the sale of energy storage systems to grid-scale customers across North America. You will cultivate key relationships, lead negotiations, and guide bids from initial contact to contract.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with sales engineering, marketing, and contract teams. The position offers autonomy and requires extensive travel, with a focus on building long-term strategic accounts and market

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a senior sales or marketing role.
• Experience selling high-value capital equipment is a plus.
• Proven success in leading a sales team in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities

• Establish and develop relationships with customers, project and channel partners at multiple levels including C-level.
• Own complete AC and DC system sales including battery pack/rack opportunities with focus on system-level solutions.
• Lead and coordinate sales activities across bids, evaluations, and contract negotiations.
• Identify customer needs and present technical and commercial proposals addressing them.
• Lead multi-functional teams through the bidding process and negotiations.
• Understand competing storage technologies and articulate LGES Vertech advantages.
• Support market analysis and regional sales strategy in collaboration with leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and associations.
