  • Own the full sales cycle: lead qualification, product pitching, negotiation, and closing.
  • Actively find and convert key accounts into long-term partners.
  • Own revenue growth with clear KPIs: new accounts, monthly sales targets, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage trade shows (NRA, IDDBA, Fancy Food, etc.) as lead generation engines.
  • Drive urgency internally to accelerate deal closing and onboarding.
  • Continuously map the market, identify opportunities, and track competitors.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
  • Consistently exceed ambitious sales targets

  • Sustain high levels of activity across calls, meetings, and client presentations
  • Exhibit resilience and persistence in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Successfully open new accounts and convert opportunities into long-term business

  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and highly accountable with a competitive drive to exceed targets
  • Resilient and persistent, with the ability to overcome objections and win new business
QUALIFICATIONS
