Alleviation seeks a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to lead by example in our dynamic insurance sales environment. You will establish a strong sales track record while preparing to mentor others, blending performance with leadership.

You will organize ongoing coaching, share industry best practices, and stay hands-on in sales, ensuring you inspire, train, and elevate the team through measurable results and collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Has Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
