Job summary

Alleviation is seeking a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to lead by example in sales and to guide and educate our team through mentorship. You will start by establishing a sales record and gradually transition into a mentorship role while maintaining strong sales performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales or related interactive fields, with leadership and training experience, and a proven ability to inspire a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Able to manage dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Has Active Driver's License and reliable transportation.
