Alleviation is seeking a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to lead by example in insurance sales. You will build your own sales record while mentoring a team, blending performance with people development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales or related interactive roles, a proven leadership track, and exceptional communication to inspire a diverse team and surpass goals. This role includes classroom and field training and a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Able to manage dual roles in sales and mentorship.
