Job summary

Alleviation is seeking a Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor to lead sales efforts while nurturing and developing new talent. As you establish a strong sales record, you will transition into a mentorship role, maintaining high performance and exemplifying leadership by example.

You will guide and train team members, balance sales activity with mentoring, and contribute to a culture of achievement, collaboration, and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Able to manage dual roles in sales and mentorship.
