Alleviation invites a seasoned professional to join as Senior Sales Representative & Training Mentor. You will blend sales excellence with mentorship, guiding peers while maintaining your own sales record to lead by example.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in sales or customer-focused roles, plus leadership, training, or teaching experience. You’ll train, coach, and inspire a diverse team while driving results and career growth within Alleviation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or in interactive roles.
• Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
• Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
• Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
• Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
• Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check
• Has Active Drivers License and reliable transportation
