Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in field engagement or sales/operations in pharma.
• Strong experience in pharma brand marketing strategy and planning.
• Knowledge of field force dynamics and product launches.
• Proven leadership, coaching and people management.

Responsibilities

• Launch: lead US commercial launch strategy with marketing, market analysis, and KOL development.
• Field-Marketing Strategy Alignment: align marketing with field objectives; oversee campaigns and VOC insights.
• Field Enablement & Training: develop field materials and train teams on launches and messaging.
• Sample Management: oversee distribution and compliance for samples with supply chain.
• Campaign Execution Support: ensure rollout of materials and digital/field campaigns with clear goals.
• Event & Internal Meeting Support: manage launch meetings and create engaging materials.
• Market Understanding and Insights: apply market insights to grow brand and align with global marketing.
