Peloton Interactive in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Senior Sales Expert to drive premium customer experiences and lead by example on the sales floor. You will coach peers, manage CRM leads, and execute product demonstrations to close sales while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, ideally in a premium or commission-based environment with a history of exceeding targets.
• Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and set the pace on a sales floor without formal management authority.
• Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads within a CRM platform.

Responsabilités

• Consistently meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
• Proactively engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on the company portfolio to overcome objections and close sales.
• Assist the Store Manager with total-store CRM management auditing leads to maximize the team's conversion rates.
• Act as the designated floor lead, providing in-the-moment coaching to Experts and ensuring seamless operations when the Store Manager is absent.
• Facilitate engaging, hands-on product demonstrations that build customer confidence and represent the brand with integrity.
• Contribute to essential daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.
