Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking a Lead Expert to join our Phoenix-area store as a full-time, top-performing sales professional and floor leader. You will drive individual sales, manage CRM leads, and coach peers in the Store Manager's absence while upholding Peloton’s premium Member experience.

You will mentor teammates, exceed targets, and contribute to daily operations including inventory and events, all in a commission-driven environment with an emphasis on integrity and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience in premium or commission-based environments.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and lead by example on a sales floor.
• Highly organized with experience managing a book of business and auditing leads in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
• Engage walk-by traffic and educate customers to close sales.
• Audit and manage leads in CRM to maximize conversion rates.
• Act as floor lead, coaching Experts when Store Manager is absent.
• Demonstrate Peloton products through engaging in-store demos to build customer confidence.
• Support daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising and events.
