Job summary

Peloton Interactive, Inc. is seeking a Senior Peloton Expert for a full-time, high-energy, commission-driven sales role in Canoga Park, CA. You will lead the floor, coach peers, and drive revenue while delivering a premium member experience.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly targets, engaging customers, auditing leads in CRM, and managing store operations in the Store Manager’s absence. In-store demos and strong product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail sales experience in premium/commission environments.
• Proven ability to mentor peers and lead on the sales floor.
• Experience auditing leads and managing a book of business in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and commission accelerators.
• Engage walk-by traffic and educate customers on Peloton products to close sales.
• Audit leads in CRM and optimize conversions for the team.
• Act as floor lead, coaching Experts and ensuring operations when Store Manager is absent.
• Conduct hands-on product demos to build customer confidence and represent the brand with integrity.
• Support daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and event setup.
