Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience analyzing sales, financial, and operational data.
• Ability to develop reports, interpret trends, and present findings to management.
• Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, or other reporting tools preferred.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales results, revenue, profitability, customer performance, and business trends
• Prepare financial reports, sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and management summaries
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and business performance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Partner with sales leadership and finance to evaluate results and support strategic decisions
• Develop, maintain, and improve Excel-based reporting tools and analytical models
• Review sales and financial data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Recommend process improvements to increase reporting efficiency and support operational goals
• Assist with special projects and additional analysis as business needs evolve
