Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Sales Finance Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, analytics, and governance of investments in Trade and Displays. This role partners with Channel Finance Leads, Sales, SRM, and Controllership to deliver insights, efficiencies, and digitalization across multiple sub-channels, starting with Regional Grocery East and Route-to-Market.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or an MBA preferred.
• CPA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Business Partner for several sales teams across channels, leading periodic financial reviews, providing performance insights, supporting Sales team in trade-offs, decision making and forecasting.
• Leads & orchestrates quarterly review of Trade and D&E investments in collaboration with Channel Finance Leads, including process ownership, reporting, and analytics.
• Owns operational processes and leads internal and external insights package with executive summaries and narrative.
• Supports Channel Finance Leads in quarterly Channel/Account performance reviews with streamlined reporting and digital tools.
• Supports overall digital agenda, driving continuous improvement of digital tools and capability building.
• Transforms trade spend analytics and develops tools to enable insights and value creation.
• Center of Excellence for Trade and D&E Governance.
• Supports audits within responsibility scope and ad-hoc projects.
