What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Retain and grow an existing account base while acquiring new accounts within the assigned territory
- Network and partner with customers via phone and in-person to develop win/win solutions
- Manage territory effectively by prioritizing goals and sales opportunities
- Provide deep knowledge of products and the legal industry to build trust with clients
- Complete sales performance reports and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.com
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years successful sales experience, preferably in the legal industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; JD is a plus
- Working knowledge of sales concepts, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and work from a home office while traveling as needed
