Linedata is hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth across our Back Office Investment Management solutions in North America. This is a high‑impact role for a proven fintech sales leader with deep back office experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in financial technology.
• Experience in investment management back office solutions or closely related areas (e.g., fund accounting, middle/back office outsourcing, IBOR/ABOR, data management).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in complex, consultative sales environments.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives with credibility and commercial insight.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market opportunity into action.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the sales strategy for Linedata's Back Office solutions across North America.
• Drive new business against a defined revenue quota across both new and existing clients.
• Build and convert a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand business objectives and position Linedata as a strategic partner.
• Lead complex sales cycles including demos, RFPs, proposals, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Partner cross‑functionally with pre‑sales, product, client services, and marketing teams.
• Stay ahead of market trends and client needs within the investment management back office space.
• Manage and mentor a Client Relationship Manager to support account growth.
• Contribute beyond sales by influencing execution and operational alignment over time.
• Help shape the future direction of the business, with potential to grow into broader leadership responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

The on‑target earnings (OTE) for this role are expected to range from $220,000 to $280,000+, including base salary and variable compensation, with significant upside through uncapped commissions. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, track record, and market expertise.
