Job summary

Zscaler, based in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Engineering, Majors West to lead and scale the sales engineering team across the core portfolio, including the Gen AI market, in the US. You will collaborate with GTM Sales Leaders, Product, and Engineering to design and close strategic solutions for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience with sales/SE leadership.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, and talent development in a team.
• Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
• Proven ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed GTM environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
