Job summary

InvoiceCloud, Inc. seeks a Director of Sales Engineering to accelerate revenue growth by guiding complex technical sales engagements and leading a high-performing Sales Engineering team. You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to articulate value and drive deals.

The role demands deep technical fluency, strategic business acumen, and strong leadership to shape demonstrations, responses to RFPs, and executive-level recommendations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or related roles.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS, fintech, payments, or technology sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery for strategic, complex opportunities.
• Deliver solution demonstrations, workshops, and technical proposals.
• Coach and develop Sales Engineers; share best practices and insights.
• Partner with Account Executives to mature selling motions and win complex deals.
• Create scalable assets, demos, libraries, and governance for enablement.
