Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• At least 5 years in inside sales, customer service, or related field.
• Experience with commercial vehicles or OEMs preferred.
• Ability to interpret customer requirements and develop accurate quotations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient with MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the quote-to-delivery execution for opportunities from start to handoff.
• Develop accurate quotations by gathering requirements and coordinating inputs.
• Maintain opportunity, quote, and order data in ERP, CRM, and pricing systems.
• Support forecast visibility, pipeline accuracy, and quote conversion.
• Translate customer requirements for engineering, purchasing, production, and operations.
• Coordinate feasibility, cost, lead time, and production readiness with internal teams.
• Identify risks early and address pricing, scope, or timing concerns.
• Serve as a key contact for customers on quotes, orders, and open issues.
• Track active opportunities and follow-up items to ensure commitments.
• Protect customer experience with clear communication and execution.
• Build knowledge of products, use cases, and customer scenarios to improve quotes.
