Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer - AI for a remote role in the United States. You will lead technical aspects of enterprise opportunities, map customer pain points to AI-powered contact center solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations of GenAI, Agentic AI, and RAG capabilities.

You will translate business requirements into implementable AI architectures, respond to RFPs, advise on adoption strategies, and collaborate with product/engineering teams.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in contact centre, pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience selling to Contact Centre/CCaaS solutions (Genesys, Avaya, Five9, NICE, Amazon Connect, etc.).
• Experience in the Conversational AI space and AI concepts (LLMs, RAG, agentic AI).
• Project management or business consulting experience in the contact centre industry.
• Experience in managing large and strategic accounts.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel across India/APAC for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead in the sales cycle, partnering with Account Executives to drive enterprise opportunities.
• Map customer pain points in contact centers to AI-powered solutions (conversational AI, RAG, knowledge retrieval).
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and demos showcasing GenAI, Agentic AI, and LLM-based solutions.
• Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures with product/engineering teams.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical responses and designs.
• Advise clients on AI adoption strategies and integration with contact centre platforms.
• Stay updated on AI trends and competitive offerings.
