What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for customer needs and ensure they are heard and understood
- Create and deliver custom presentations throughout the proof-of-concept journey
- Facilitate tailored and interactive proof-of-concepts for prospective customers
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of primary security principles and cloud infrastructure concepts
- Collaborate with internal and external teams while managing competing priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of sales engineering experience
- Strong technical sophistication and understanding of key sales activities
- Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
- Willingness to take on new challenges and adapt to changing environments
- Experience in conducting difficult conversations with customers when necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux command-line, along with experience in scripting languages like Python or PowerShell
- Practical knowledge of enterprise endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions
- Experience administering and configuring EDRs and understanding metadata for visibility
