Ethos is seeking a senior sales enablement manager to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows, including first-call decks, playbooks, and battlecards. The role emphasizes expert slide craftsmanship and polished written communication.

The work is fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, ASAPI). Start ASAP, compensation set at $70 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, product marketing enablement, or field readiness.
• Portfolio of sales decks and playbooks adopted by large sales teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated presentations and slide decks.
• Support training of language models on professional presentation tasks across core workflows (first-call decks, playbooks, battlecards, product launches).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure decks meet high-impact sales objectives.
