Ethos is seeking experienced senior sales enablement managers to help train our latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will craft and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows, from first-call decks to battlecards and product launch enablement slides.

The role is fully remote, offering flexible commitment (5-20 hours per week or more) with ASAP start. 4+ years of relevant experience and a portfolio of decks are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, product marketing enablement, or field readiness.
• Portfolio of sales decks and playbooks adopted by large sales teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
