Ethos is seeking experienced sales readiness managers to help train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with an ASAP start at $70/hour.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated decks across core workflows: first-call decks, sales playbooks, battlecards, product launch enablement, training presentations, and messaging frameworks. 4+ years required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, product marketing enablement, or field readiness.
• Portfolio of sales decks and playbooks adopted by large sales teams.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows (first-call decks, sales playbooks, battlecards, product launch enablement).
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated decks for clarity, impact, and accuracy.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure decks meet sales objectives and branding guidelines.
