CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead our strategic partnership with Kroger. Based in Cincinnati, OH, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution to drive net sales, volume, and EBIT growth across our frozen portfolio.

• 10+ years of progressive CPG field sales leadership.
• Experience selling to senior executives at national accounts.
• Strong strategic and analytical capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end customer strategy with annual and long-term growth plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plans that strengthen P&L and mutual value.
• Translate strategy into data-driven financial proposals and actions.
