Kroger in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a department across the enterprise. You will be the primary Finance contact to department leadership and ensure alignment with supermarket divisions.

You will design financial processes, prepare budgets, present models to the Capital Committee and coach a team of finance professionals. Travel to meet with executives and stakeholders is expected as part of driving strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of accounting/finance management including reporting, budgeting or forecasting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work across all organizational levels and lead a team.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary point of contact for financial leadership within the department and Accounting/Finance.
• Participate in strategy development and operations management with the department leadership team.
• Prepare financial reports and analytics to support the department's long-term plan.
• Advise leadership on implications of past and forecasted results on the division’s financial plan.
• Design and implement financial best practices across divisions.
• Oversee and coach direct reports and conduct performance reviews.
• Travel to meet with executive leaders, internal/external partners, and stakeholders.
