Qualifications

• Existing relationships at customer and distributor levels highly preferred.
• Proven experience leading and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiating and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement tactical sales activities and trade marketing for CA.
• Develop best-in-class customer relationships with key accounts and distributors.
• Prioritize opportunities, expand distribution, and improve promotions.
• Lead and coach Regional Managers responsible for CA market performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing on national retail strategies and programs.
