Supply Technologies, a subsidiary of ParkOhio, is hiring a Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland, OH. You will support the sales group by preparing pricing, documents, and quotes while coordinating with engineering and sourcing to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales-oriented roles, strong Excel and communication skills, and a working knowledge of fasteners or steel manufacturing methods.

Qualifications

• Must maintain 3+ years of experience in a relevant role (sales engineering or sales administrator).
• Strong business acumen to synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fastener knowledge or related hardware experience is a plus.
• Exposure to various steel manufacturing methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, procedures, specs, and BOMs.
• Prepare clear internal documents to support pricing decisions.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and sourcing to meet customer needs and capabilities.
• Send mass quotations promptly with expediting supplier responses.
• Review supplier quotations for inaccuracies and note deviations.
• Help implement awarded new business by validating quotes and reviewing contracts to specs.
• Use formulas to develop selling price and margin data for quotations.

We are seeking a talented Senior Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Senior Sales Coordinator is responsible for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Reading and understanding engineering drawings, procedures, technical specifications, and bills of materials.
• Provide detailed internal documents that are organized and clear so as to allow Sales team market costing and the ability to make efficient pricing decisions.
• Collaborating with sales, engineering, and sourcing teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer needs and match company capabilities
• Send out mass quotations on a timely basis, with required expediting of supplier responses.
• Review supplier quotations, and respond back on any inaccuracies, and note any deviations on the quotation.
• Assist in the implementation of awarded new business by validating final quotes and contract reviewing to customer specs.
• Ability to use formulas to develop selling price and margin percentage, and other key information into customer quotation

Must Haves:

• Must maintain 3 + years of experience in a relevant role, sales engineering , sales administrator etc.
• Previous experience demonstrating strong business acumen required to assimilate information from various sources and summarize for consumption
• Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel and TEAMS, to sort and communicate summarized recommendations on source of supply and final price points
• Strong verbal and written skills that may demand external and internal customer communications.
• Fastener knowledge or related hardware experience is a plus.
• Understanding of various steel manufacturing methods a plus.
