Sr. Sales Consultant

Compensation: $125K-$200K per year

Job Type: Full-Time

NY State Solar sells, designs, and builds quality solar systems in the New York City metropolitan area. Our focus is to provide an outstanding customer experience and deliver high-quality PV systems. We are dedicated to helping New York become economically and environmentally sustainable.

A Sr. Sales Representative acts as a Home Consultant to educate and meet with local homeowners interested in going solar, serving as a partner and liaison throughout the process.

Sr Sales Representative Duties and Responsibilities
  • Educate homeowners about available programs and gather necessary documents for proposals
  • Follow up with all self-generated leads and secure project contracts
  • Commit to personal growth and ongoing education
  • Work as a team and HAVE FUN!
Requirements
  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience required
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Proficient in computer skills to update and maintain information in CRM (Salesforce) and communicate via multiple platforms (Email, Chatter, WhatsApp)
  • Comfort discussing finances and tax liabilities with homeowners
  • High energy, sense of urgency, ability to think on your feet
