Patterson Dental Supply seeks a Sales Compensation Analyst Sr to perform advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling of sales compensation programs. You will support budgeting, planning, and executive decision-making through actionable insights and leadership in analytical initiatives.

The role requires strong financial modeling, communication with senior leaders, and the ability to drive improvements across the sales finance function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent.
• 5 years in Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data visualization is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial results including P&L, cash flow, expenditures, investments, and rates of return.
• Develop forecasts, trend analyses, and models to support budgeting and planning.
• Evaluate variances from budgets and targets; recommend actions to improve program performance.
• Research economic, industry, and market conditions to assess impacts on results and investments.
• Prepare and present analyses and recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for execs, lenders, investors, and the Board.
• Lead cross-functional projects to enhance planning, reporting and performance.
• Comply with company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
