Job summary

Patterson Dental Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Compensation Analyst Sr to perform advanced financial analysis, forecasting, and modeling of sales compensation programs to support business planning and leadership decisions.

The role resolves complex issues and leads analytical initiatives to drive performance and financial outcomes. Responsibilities include developing forecasts, evaluating variances, preparing management reports, and leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent with 5+ years in finance.
Strong analytical, forecasting, and budgeting capabilities.
Experience with financial planning and reporting platforms.
Sales compensation experience is a plus.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Analyze financial results including P&L, cash flow, and ROI to identify drivers.
Develop forecasts and models to support budgeting and planning.
Evaluate variances and recommend actions to improve program performance.
Research market conditions to assess impacts on results.
Prepare analyses and presentations for leadership and board.
Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages.
Lead cross-functional projects to enhance planning and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
